The Feast of the Senses - 20 -29 March

The township of Innisfail celebrates its annual 'Feast ot the Senses' every March. The Festival showcases the diverse local products and fresh produce that this lush agricultural region has to offer, particularly the numerous tropical fruits grown here such as rambutans, lychees, mangosteens, papaya, bananas, jackfruit, durian and dragonfruit. A number of events are held during the 9 day program culminating in the colourful family-friendly market day on Sunday 29 March.
