Kurrimine Beach is a great place to go for a day trip or a family holiday. It's a lovely 'undiscovered' beachside community making it a perfect for a place to go to if you're wanting to get away from it all and relax. When the tide is out, there's amazing rockpools to discover, where you'll find starfish, little crabs and all sorts of other interesting creatures.Kurrimine Beach is in the Cassowary Coast region about an hour and a half drive south of Cairns and just 20 minutes to Mission Beach, 15 minutes to Paronella Park, 30 minutes to the Mamu Canopy Walk and 30 minutes to the Johnstone River Crocodile Park.
